Howe Sound Rehabilitation Services Society is comprised of people with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences that all share and contribute to our vision of equality, self-determination and community inclusiveness.

Howe Sound Rehabilitation Services Society operates under the direction of a volunteer Board of Directors. The board is made up of a President, Treasurer/Secretary and five Directors at large. The board members consist of families, professionals and other people that are all bound to abide by the Societies by-laws and Constitution as well as all government regulations regarding the running of a Society as laid out in the Society Act.

The Executive Director reports directly to the Board of Directors. It is the Executive Director's responsibility to bring to the board the information required to engage in long range planning and policy setting for the organization. It is also the role of the Executive Director to ensure that the goals, philosophies and policies approved by the Board are integrated into the day to day operation of the organization.

The remainder of the Howe Sound team is comprised of a Financial Officer, Operations Manager, Day Program Supervisor, Assisted Independent Living Coordinator, Residential Managers, Activity Workers, Residential Care Workers and Assisted Independent Living Caregivers.
