Bus Pass Program
Ministry of Employment and Income Assistance - MEIA (you must register)
 An annual pass for public transit systems is available through the bus pass program. Applicants must apply yearly (approx. $45/year).
- Available to seniors, some immigrants and individuals with disabilities who are already registered on certain program with MEIA – check website or contact number for specific eligibility criteria

HandyDART Custom Transit

 

This is a shared-ride public transit service. It uses specialty-equipped vehicles designed to carry passengers with physical or cognitive disabilities who are unable to use public transit without assistance.

Handy Card

(formerly called HandyPass)

Entitles the card holder to concession fares on the Bus, Skytrain, Seabus, West Vancouver Transit and West Coast Express

HandyDART Card Application

- To be eligible, individual must have a permanent physical or cognitive disability that prevents them from using the public transit system without assistance.

- An attendant who accompanies and assists a HandyCard holder travels for free

TaxiSaver Program

Service for people with permanent disabilities who have a HandyCard. Program provides a subsidy toward the cost of taxi rides.
